The certificate MUST be Medallion Guaranteed (not notarized).

You must produce legible instructions, either typed or printed. ( if not legible it may be rejected back, if rejected we will charge a $50.00 rejection fee). If we issue a certificate with a wrong spelled name due to your error, we will charge you another transfer fee and we will also ask you for a letter of indemnification. And again an overnight delivery fee.

Those instructions must include the person or entity’s information, i.e.

Name, address, social security number or EIN number (US)

Please also include delivery instructions. We will only send to one delivery address.

If you are lifting a restriction, you MUST have a legal Opinion.
